By accessing and using Timog Wheels Auto Rental, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Timog Wheels provides a vehicle rental platform that connects customers with available cars across our branch network in Metro Manila. We facilitate bookings, manage reservations, and coordinate vehicle handover at our designated branch locations. Our service includes online booking, real-time availability, and customer support throughout the rental period.

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration and booking information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Possess a valid driver's license and comply with all applicable traffic laws during the rental period
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, on time and to the agreed branch location
• Report any accidents, damage, or incidents to us and to the appropriate authorities immediately
• Not sublease, lend, or transfer the rented vehicle to any third party

The following policies govern all rentals:

• Minimum age: Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid Philippine driver's license.
• Fuel policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. Fuel charges apply otherwise.
• Late returns: Returns beyond the agreed time are charged at the daily rate pro-rated per hour.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
• Damage liability: The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period not covered by the included insurance.

All content on this platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Timog Wheels or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timog Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Timog Wheels Auto Rental ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our platform and services.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identity data: Full name, date of birth, nationality
• Contact data: Email address, phone number, home address
• Government ID data: Driver's license number and photo, collected at checkout for identity verification

Booking records and associated identity documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Account data is retained until you request deletion, subject to legal hold obligations.
